c. Name of all companies, businesses or corporations involved or potentially involved in the matter.

2. Do not include any information in the online form which is specific to your case. If you do and we then find a conflict of interest, this may compromise you. The only information which should be included in the form is the information referred to in paragraph 1 and the basic nature of the matter you wish to discuss such as:

I have a family law, divorce or custody matter;

I am interested in real estate services;

I am interested in Wills and/or Estates.

In this way, we can avoid obtaining information which we should not have and we can ensure that our firm offers the basic services in the area that you are interested in. We hope to avoid potential conflicts of interest and improve service to potential clients.
