Senior Lawyer
Carol Struthers has operated her own law firm in the Bolton, Ontario area since 1989. The focus of her business has been to provide high quality service to her clients in a friendly, relaxed setting. Her clients have frequently complimented her on being approachable and "down to earth". This enables people to communicate freely about their personal circumstances while they are obtaining legal and practical advice. As a result, a large number of Carol's clients come to her by way of referrals from satisfied clients!

David Struthers earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario 2011 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. David is in charge of our real estate practice and works together with Carol on Wills and Estates. He has learned how helpful it is to ensure our clients are comfortable and relaxed when they meet with us, and does his best to put people at ease. David feels that part of our service is to help you understand the decisions we make together so that stressful situations are less stressful. David is looking forward to serving the Caledon community for years to come.

Office Manager / Senior Family Law Clerk
Rose graduated from Humber College in 1989 and was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Law Clerks in 1995. She has been employed exclusively in the Family Law field since 1990 and worked with several large law firms in Toronto. Rose is quite knowledgeable about the current Family Law Rules and court procedures. She continues to attend courses provided by the Institute of Law Clerks and the Law Society to update herself on any changes to the Court rules and procedures. Clients frequently compliment Rose on the quality of her work and on her pleasant manner.

Bookkeeper
Adam joined our law firm in 2014. He obtained his Professional Bookkeeping Certificate at Seneca College in 2016 and he is a welcome addition to our firm for the past 3 years. Adam also assists with witnessing Wills and Powers of Attorney, assisting with client appointments, and real estate closings.
Tracey rhynold
Clerk and Receptionist
Tracey is our clerk/receptionist who will greet you with a welcome smile and a helpful manner.
As our clerk/receptionist, she will direct you to the appropriate team member and set up any appointments necessary. Tracey is meticulous with data entry and maintaining all files. She is also a witness to Wills and Powers of Attorney.
