Includes review of the residential re-sale agreement of purchase and sale; preparation of the transfer/deed and statement of adjustments; preparation of closing documents, receiving and responding to requisitions on title; obtaining mortgage discharge statement, receiving funds and delivering discharge funds to mortgagee; and obtaining discharge registration and releasing transfer/deed upon receipt of closing funds.

MORTGAGES & REFINANCES

Includes subsearch of title and other necessary investigations as instructed by the mortgage company, arranging title insurance, reviewing mortgage instructions and preparation of documents and meeting with you to review and sign them. Receiving mortgage funds, searching executions, registration of mortgage, pay outs of existing encumbrances and attending to the registration of the discharges and reporting to you and the mortgage company.
